You can put this in ModemResetCmds in your modem config file.

You do not want to use this command it will make the modem auto-answer 
the call on the first RING.  HylaFAX answers the calls (not the modem 
answering) by counting RINGs.  Take a look at your RingsBeforeAnswer 
value in your modem config file.
