Re: [hylafax-users] error: Problem reading document directory

I have had hylafax running now for one week; 1100 faxes sent, and gotten
this failure twice. In the last case, the first two pages were sent,
but the third failed.
The document in question had a cover sheet (1 page), followed by a 2
page PS document.
Any idea where to look (or what to look for)?
How was the job submitted, and can you show us the log lines from faxq
preparing the job?
a.
The job was submitted by "sendfax -d####### file.ps" ; I resubmitted the
exact file several times and it sent fine each time.
I do not see any lines showing faxq preparing the job; I'm guessing this
would be in the server logs, not the individual job logs? If so, I will
need to up that logging level, and wait until I get this again.
Since the problem appears (to me, anyways) to be in libtiff, or in
libtiff's interaction with something, would upgrading libtiff to latest
(3.7.4) be wise?
Thanks,
Keith
