Hi All, I just installed a Multi Tech ISI5634UPCI/8 8 port card. Install/build everything went fine. Hylafax 4.2.1 on a centos 4.0 machine.(I got the updated drivers from Multitech for the 2.6.x kernel) I can send fine. My problems come on receiving. We receive about 250 faxes/day. About 20% of those are coming over with errors. Not any one more than another here is a list of all the ones I've received. Failed to properly detect high-speed data carrier. COMREC error RSPREC error/got DCN Unknown hangup code Unspecified Phase D error COMREC invalid response received (expected PPS) COMREC received DCN T.30 T2 timeout, expected page not received I've pretty much tried every class. So far Class 2.0 seems to be the best, but I still get a lot of failed faxes. I haven't messed with any of the settings in the config file as I really don't even know where to start. I know the log files will be a huge help, but I'm not sure which one to even send in. Please let me know which would be most helpful. Thanks for any help with this.
