Generally you can find the listing of local (and sometimes long-distance) prefixes in your area code(s) by looking in your telco's telephone book (but many times these don't have wireless/cellular prefixes listed, and so you have to...) or by calling your telephone company and asking them to send you a list directly. (And, because you're probably dealing with that kind of company, you may have to call a dozen times before you reach someone who will actually help you.)
