I change PDF to pdf, still not working

The email I got as followed

 job  to  done
From fax@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
To FaxMaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    No transcript available.

Any other idea? I changed from pdf to tiff. See what happen then.
