Current HylaFAX CVS HEAD (to become 4.2.2) treats this situation
differently. Instead of repeating the EOP signal the CRP signal is sent
instead on an FCS error. This seems to have better results. You may
want to try updating to current CVS HEAD.
However, the problem is most likely that the receiver is not pausing th
requisite time before transmitting MCF or RTN. Is the receiver getting
the page just fine?
