Hello list, Yesterday, we've had several faxes (19 out of 445) which Hylafax _apparently_ sent to the right number, but _effectively_ were sent to another customers' number. If I check the c00000<JOBNR> file then I see that Jun 09 16:19:36.62: [ 1548]: DIAL 0123456789 Jun 09 16:19:36.62: [ 1548]: <-- [15:ATDT0123456789\r] <snip> Jun 09 16:19:48.16: [ 1548]: NSF remote fax equipment: Xerox/Toshiba Jun 09 16:19:48.16: [ 1548]: NSF remote station ID: "CFUA" Jun 09 16:19:48.16: [ 1548]: --> [27:+FCI:" +987654321"] Jun 09 16:19:48.16: [ 1548]: REMOTE CSI "+987654321" I know that the REMOTE CSI is the string which can be manually set, so it doesn't really _mean_ anything. But this number is the correct number of another customer, so I have no doubt that the fax went to the wrong customer. Also I have two reports of faxes that _did_ arrive to the wrong customer. I believe this is a problem of the modem so not directly related to hylafax. But: - did this happen to anyone of you? - do you have an idea what might cause this disturbance? Thanks for your insight Erich Iseli ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
