Josh... use the archives, dude.

The cover page, if it is sent as a coverpage, is not saved by the server 
and will not get returned.  If the coverpage is important then it should 
be sent as a document.  This all depends on how the client program you 
use (WHFC, Pyla, Cypheus, sendfax, etc) works.
