[hylafax-users] Delayed by time-of-day restriction

My dest.controls has an entry like this

^[+]61* TimeOfDay = "any"
^[+]81* TimeOfDay = "0900-1900"

This part is working fine. i.e. any jobs in the queue at the 19:00 return a
status of "Delayed by time-of-day restriction".

The problem is that the time to send (TTS) gets set to 23:00. I was
expecting it to be set to 09:00.

Note that the TTS value is always 23:00 even for different TimeOfDay
settings.

Where can I control/configure this behaviour?
