Part of the problem in finding help here is that you're using CAPI4HylaFAX, which is not really well-supported in this forum. Hopefully they have a different mailing list or such that you can use for better help.

Just installed the latest version of Hylafax and in general everything works fine without the exception that all sent faxes are blank. Only the status bar at the top of the page is there.
