Re: [hylafax-users] Waiting for the modem to come ready

I have just now tested the modem by connecting it to a Windows machine and 
its working perfectly.The "CD" LED lights up only after the connection to 
the remote fax machine is made.  So, I have confirmed that the telephone 
line is good and the fax modem is good. Which implies there is something 
wrong with the Linux machine.

Do I need to reconfigure hylafax on the Linux machine? Any ideas anyone? I 
am desperately in need of some advise.
