Steve Thank you for your interest in this situation. I have 2 MT5634ZPX-PCI-U modems in the PC in question, which is a Dell Optiplex GX270 - 2.4Ghz, 256MB. I can provide more information about the PC if needed. We are seeing lockups in the sense that occasionally the modems will not answer incoming calls, and the faxgetty process needs to be killed and restarted to resolve the situation. I have been seeing lockups in this sense even while there was only 1 ZPX modem present in the machine (I am now seeing lockups on both modems). I would like to hear from all people that are using them to report on four things: 1. How many modems in the PC 2. Which models PCI or PCI-U and firmware versions you are running 3. Whether you are seeing lockups or not 4. What are the specs of the PC that the cards are in Maybe from this list we can get an idea of what is in common about the users having problems. Thanks, Steve Tuckner Multi-Tech Systems ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
