Thanks for the quick response.

 I have NOTIFY_FAXMASTER=yes set in bin/notify

Is there an example FaxNotify to base things off of?

Also not sure how to "includes a request for notification upon completion"
is this in the FaxNotify script or else where?

You must create etc/FaxNotify.  Set NOTIFY_FAXMASTER=yes.

Then make sure that your submission includes a request for notification upon
completion.
