[hylafax-users] MultiTech ISI card failure

I have purchases a multitech ISI card modem it was recognized as 
MT5634SMI-V92/1.32b.    I was testing it and this is the output.  I know 
it's bad, but not sure what's going on here.  I have listed the 
configuration below as well.
