I can't comment on the Mainpine gizmo, but we have used one of the
Multitech ZPX modems for several years now. Its worked great for us. I
cant recall any particular problems that I would attribute to the modem
over that time. For that matter, the whole Hylafax setup has been a set
and forget thing. Our fax volume is maybe double yours, but reversed,
mostly send, little recieve.
