We have hylafax running in a send-only environment on 3 ports with no problem (ttyS0, ttyg00, ttyg01) We are NOW trying, without success, to add an additional modem to our hylafax server (ttyg02). We run: 1) faxaddmodem ttyg02 2) faxmodem ... with commands and settings with identical setup as the working ports (all our modems are the same (ie. Multitech)) but the server does not seem to recognize the new port? The port and modem work as we can 'cu' to it (ie. cu -l ttyg02) and probemodem ttyg02.
