The final revision of VoiceMail_For_HylaFAX.tar.gz is now 
ready at ftp://georgebell.no-ip.com/pub/

VoiceMail_For_HylaFAX is a set of patches and supporting
scripts and documentation for adding handling of voice
and data calls using distinctive ring or other means to identify
incoming calls.  The final revision is a complete rewrite of the 
original patch, available for HylaFAX 4.1.8 and 4.2.0.  Users 
can now enter their own distinctive ring patterns.  Support for 
call answering without distinctive ringing has been added via
an egetty program included in the tar file.  The documentation 
has been completely revised and updated,  and includes some 
new tips for handling data calls with agetty and pppd.   

Features:

1. Caller ID information received and used to label voice mail files.
2. Voice Mail can be dispatched via e-mail along with faxes.
3. Real time notification of caller id.
4. Ability to set a different number of rings before answer for voice than for
   fax/data.
5. Ability to screen incoming voice calls.
6. User configurable distinctive ring patterns.
7. Call discrimination with or without distinctive ring.
