Hello Michele,

I think ISO A4 is normal A4. (In Germany it used to be DIN A4 which is  
a national standard while ISO is the corresponding international  
standard.)

Maybe it's sinply a fax which was sent using low resolution (196dpi  
horizontal and 98dpi vertical) and your viewer does not know how to  
display it properly.

Which programs do you use to convert and/or display your received fax  
files?
