Well, you are using Red Hat E3, and I think your
libtiff is a good one (< 3.6.1), but it worth checking
out. If it's >= 3.6.1, you should downgrade, see
http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=500

Otherwise, you must blame your USR firmware.
