[hylafax-users] Cypheus question

After you have viewed an incoming fax in Cypheus, the envelope icon
turns to a check.  However, on my system, on the next screen refresh it
reverts to the envelope (unread) icon.  Any thoughts on what I have
setup wrong, failed to setup, etc?

Running HylaFax on Debian (woody), with whatever version came with the
distribution.  Clients are W2Ksp4.  The only thing on the Debian box is
HylaFax, file and print is Netware6sp4.
