[hylafax-users] How can I convert TIFF Raw G3 to TIFF G4 or bmp.

hi,
I am a new user of Hylafax. I get fax in file format TIFF Raw G3
from Hylafax. Then Cardiff Teleform evaluate the TIFF Raw G3 file.
But Teleform recognise the TIFF Raw G3 file not stably. How can I
set a stable TIFF Format or convert TIFF Raw G3 to TIFF G4 or bmp.
