 Just as an extra little note, version 3.6.0 also seems to work fine, and has
the added advantage of including the -L & -H options for resizing the image to
fit. One of my suppliers sends documents which are slightly longer than A4, and
with these options you can 'squash' the image to fit it onto one page instead of
two.
