I'm a big fan of V.34-Fax/SuperG3, but I think to be accurate that 
should be understood as "this *could* result in saved money".  Whether 
or not the faster faxing will transate into a direct monetary 
difference will depend greatly upon the application.  However, it 
should almost always be more conservative with resource usage (when 
compared to non-V.34 ECM faxing), and that may indirectly translate 
into a monetary savings.
