That information is not in the q file so it will not be available to the awk script. I have been working on a shell only version of notify that does away with all the awk (except for a tiny bit embedded). This could then be hacked to go and grab the info out of xferfaxlog. Btw, the shell version has all kind of options to return the send/failed fax back to the sender. > -----Original Message----- > From: hylafax-users-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:hylafax-users- > bounce@xxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Abacus Computer > Sent: Monday, January 19, 2004 10:06 AM > To: hylafax-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [hylafax-users] change notify.awk > > Hi > > I like to change the notify.awk, but I am not so familiar with awk. > > The only information I need to change is > > printf "\nProcessing time wwas " jobTime ".\n"; > > I need the connection-time (in xferfaxlog = conntime) and not the jobTime. > > But I do not find the point of initiating the jobTime > And so I am not sure how i can change it to conntime > > I have tried to use the conntime and the connTime instead of jobTime. > But that does not work. > > Has anyone experience with notify.awk to give me a hint how i can change > it? > > best regards > Christian > > > ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List > _______________________ > To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi- > bin/lsg2.cgi > On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < > /dev/null > *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxxxxx* ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxxxxx*
