4.1.8 was put out only to address a security vulnerability from 4.1.7.

CVS has lots of new features and fixes.

We should probably be considering a 4.1.9 release soon.  You can see
what's in the 4.1 branch (only bug fixes, no new features) in CVS from
the HYLAFAX-4_1-branch.
