What a cool script.

I am going to try this one out.

One thing for US Letter Paper users ...

The 'print at the top of the Page' Code is
scaled for A4 Paper.

US Letter Paper Users might want to say:

   print "18 778 moveto\n";   # US Letter 14 pt from top

instead of

   print "18 828 moveto\n";   # A4 Paper  14 pt from top
