I appended that line to /etc/hylafax/FaxDispatch and it's printing! woohoo!
Thank you!

So obviously FaxDispatch is for all your dispatch needs and not just
the converting to pdf and e-mailing. Much better than mucking with the
scripts!

One further question, the TSID info is not printing on the top of the
page. How do I get the job to print a little lower?

Here is my line from FaxDispatch:
/usr/bin/tiff2ps -a $FILE | lpr
