Re: [hylafax-users] Jobs not getting faxed

I hope somone can shed some light here. I have just
setup a HylaFAX-4.1.7 server running on FreeBSD
and it's working well. I tested on my home LAN
before taking it into the office. We only want to fax
out with this box so I did not start faxgetty. And as
it went, no faxes were being sent out even though I
was submitting them from WinprintHylafax and from
the command line on the Hylafax server as root.

Only when I started faxgetty did the faxes start going
out. I thought faxgetty was for inbound faxes and not
needed for outbound service. What's up!
