I'm sending a fax with sendfax as " sendfax -d 703-123-1111 myfile.ps " In config.ttyS4 I have: CountryCode: 1 AreaCode: 703 When I use sendfax, the fax number is called correctly by hylafax(as 7031231111 without a preceding 1 ) but the identifier for the fax session appears as "17037031231212" which is a little confusing. i.e. the first line in the log file appears as: ..date..blah....: SESSION BEGIN 00000004 17037031231111 the area code appears twice. Also the first "1" was not used in dialing this call. Is this correct for the area code to appear twice and put in a "1"(it was a local call)? If I try sending without the area code, as " -d 123-1111 ", then the identifier has a saner value: SESSION BEGIN 000000004 17031231111 (although still the "1" was not part of the dial string here) But the number gets dialed as 123-1111! (not good) Is it normal for the fax identifiers to appear this way? If not then what should I do? I don't know what this would have to do with "dialrules".
