You should try upgrading the firmware if available, if not, then you 
should try using Class 1 if available, if not, then you'll either have 
to get a different modem.

Interesting.  It appears that Minolta sends NSF in LSB2MSB order 
(assuming France is where the Minolta is made and not Vietnam).  I'd be 
happy to build NSF recognition into HylaFAX for all of the machines to 
which you send and get "NSF remote fax equipment: unknown" if you send 
me these three log entries and the make and model of the machine for 
each unrecognized system.  (That goes for everyone, by the way.)
