The scripts are out of date. Which version of HylaFAX do you use?
Your faxrcvd exits if it does not get exactly 4 parameters, newer 
versions of hylafax pass 7 parameters to it, so ...

You should better start with the scripts delivered with your HylaFAX 
software and modify them, or be able to analyse the differences.
