Greetings

I have been installing HylaFAX at a customers premises and they are 
very happy with it's operation (Kudos to the developers btw).

We have been evaluating Cypheus as a front-end for the Windoze 
clients and so far are quite pleased with it's operation. 
Unfortunately we need some documentation for the product 
(particularly for the end users who are not as tech-savvy as we would 
like) and cannot find any (apart from the mention on the web site 
that it is coming RSN).

I have tried to contact the author but to no avail.

Does anyone out there know what the real status of this product is 
and esp. the doco?
