This version number is strange. Actually it should be 01.02.02 .
Did you get it from AVM?
Which is your version of capi4linux?

Should a zero be dialed before every outgoing number?

I suggest setting this to "0", to use a 3.1kHz audio connection like
analog fax machines do.

Set this to "1", as old faxmachines connect with a 3.1kHz audio
connection. If you set this to "0", only calls with the ISDN-fax-service
indicator will be answered.

If everything else is OK, you should be able to list the requested MSNs
behind this parameter, seperated by a comma.
Is the MSN passed to your server from the telephone equipment? Check
this in the log when you are able to receive.
