To merge pages created from different applications you can use a
postscript printer to export your print to a file1, file2, file3 and
merge all pages to one .tiff (I prefer postscript) using ghostscript.
Read use.htm from ghostscript documentation to knows how to.
I have one front-end and howto to do this, but its in portuguese :
