[hylafax-users] Sending a fax without dialing

I want to dial the number then send the fax.  I have a complicated dialing protocol
that involves three waiting periods, not predictable in length, and pay a lot for
misdialed calls.  Thus I want to dial the target number, wait for the fax negotiation
signal, then send the fax.  I don't see how to do this.
