[hylafax-users] page format/size
Hi to all
I use hylafax to send medical results.
These are text files which I convert to
PostScript with a2ps -q1 -f 11 -o /tmp/tempo.ps /tmp/tempo.txt
(A4 format)
When I examine /tmp/tempo.ps with gv I can see a little
header, 1 line in a bigger font than the text body,
containing date/time, name of the file and the page number.
It's A4 format.
When the fax arrives at destination this header
doesn't appear.
Why isn't the hole text sent ? Or is it sent but not
visible ?
Is it possible to shrink the fax so that the
header if provided can be seen ?
I use this method because I don't want to send a cover page
because it is "a lost page" for the one who gets it.
Thanks for any hint
Nadine
