[hylafax-users] Eaco - How do subfolders for faxs get created in Cypheus?

We have a Red Hat Linux 7.3 with Hylafax connected to a Lan with 5
computers running Windows 98 SE.
We are trying to run Cypheus on one computer.
How to create subfolders to hold related sent and receive faxes?
How are the faxes moved from the sent/received folder to a subfolder?
Is there a book on Cypheus?
