As far as I found out, libtiff version 3.5.7 is the reason for this
error. Please downgrade to version 3.5.5.

The warning message is not critical, tiffcp just ignores the tag
32934. But "exit status 9" is critical and the TIFF file is not
converted. Unfortunately I never found out, what "status 9" means.
The error is caused by the ";" (AFAIK) in the last file name.
