First, check if the macros are available (by copying the macros to
Normal.dot or copying the file <Cypheus program
folder>\Word\FaxMaster.dot to Word's autostart folder) and click on
the button "Cypheus Defaults". Do not use TIFF printer, use
PS/Redmon printer instead. Change name of the Cypheus printer
according to your settings.

Create a mail merge document in Word (as you would do it for
printing), add the styles (as mentioned in the file FaxMaster.dot)
and run the fax merge macro.
