[hylafax-users] Cypheus Mail Merge

Does anyone here have detailed documentation on the
correct procedure for Cypheus/Hylafax mail merge option
with MS Word and using Mysql address book as the source?
I've tried using the docs from Cypheus help, however I
just can't seem to make this work.

Currently using RedHat 7.3, Win2000, Word XP
