[hylafax-users] Prevent dialing out

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent HylaFAX from dialing out when there are 
no pages to send.

I'm generating tif-files automatically and submit multiple jobs with 
ftp (also automated). I don't want to dial out to all the customers 
when there is no faxpage to send. 

config: SuSE 7.3
          HylaFAX 4.1-34
