> ModemDialCmd: ATDT,%s # T for tone dialing, @ for I guess you're maybe connected to a local PBX which delivers a different dialtone than the public one. This dialtone is not recognized as 'valid'. So changing the ModemDialCmd to something like "ATX3DT%s" should make your modem ignoring the dialtone and start dialing.
