Hi Jan, disappointed? I'm realy pi**ed!!! Paying €79,00 for a distribution, and one of the most advertised features is absolutly buggy, plus the standard (for-free) service won't assist, only the money-cost service can help - for 1,86 €/Min. And their reply after ~5 minutes explaining my problem, listening to their questions and re-checking my configuration, was: "Yes, we are aware about it .... we'll send you an email with a possible solution ..." But till now there's nothing on their sdb, or elsewhere. So in my eyes SuSE realy knows that there's a problem, but as long as they can earn twice (by selling the distribution & billing the phone service) they won't change it. It has nothing to do with any kind of service! btw: nearly the same happend with their FW2 .... :-( I'm realy curious what the community would say if MS does something like this ....... c y Torsten ----- Original Message ----- From: <jan.ansgar@gmx.de> To: <hylafax-users@hylafax.org> Sent: Friday, October 25, 2002 6:13 AM Subject: [hylafax-users] Re[2]: Hylafax, passive AVM ISDN and Suse 8.1 > Hello Torsten, > > wow, that's some valuable information?
