[hylafax-users] Help!!! Problem w/ QMail/mailfax

Hi:

Followed instructions on qmail setup. I have also gone through the 
archives in depth. But getting the following error message:

fax.netphiles.net exists in the DNS and /etc/hosts. /var/qmail/control/ 
has appropriate entries. 

Don't know what I need checking next. Here is the faxstst dump
