I know nothing of that particular hardware or its feature-set but I will
concur with Jay on this.

*If* your particular hardware can appear to Linux as a serial connected
modem (/dev/ttySx or similar) via kernel or user-space software then
it should be possible. If not, you may need to have software developed.
If you can get hardware docs then you may be able to commision a developer
(in-house, contracted or otherwise) to develop the necessary software
layer for you.
