There's a good possibility that you are using 'sendfax' from the 'mgetty+sendfax' distribution. Where is the Hylafax software installed? If you did it yourself from a source distribution, it's probably in /usr/local/sbin. Your command line invocation should be: sendfax -h saturn.local -d 0123456789 blah.ps but the environment variable should work, as well. Using the options will help you, since the two 'sendfax' programs have different usages. Note that the 'mgetty+sendfax' program 'sendfax' does not use the -d before the phone number. ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@hylafax.org < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@hylafax.org.*
