faxrcvd - FaxDispatch isn't called until the fax is completely 
received.  I'd suggest not Samba-sharing the recvq, but rather to 
move/copy the files into Samba shares with FaxDispatch.  Or, you could 
have faxgetty receive them with mask 600 and then chmod it to something 
accessible by the Samba share in FaxDispatch.
