ITUT G3 is a standard for compressing tiff images you can find it some
graphical packages (don't know wich one).
As i can seee from your mail you are using win2k mozilla as mail program so
you can try to use some client program like WHFC or Cypheus from your win
box.
using this this two programs makes using hylafax as easy as printing a
document from your favourite program.
