You are having an RTN problem.  The thing that you need to do is figure 
out why you keep getting RTN back.  If you want to ignore RTN, then you 
can set RTNHandlingMethod.  But, most likely your modems cannot send 2D 
data or some other format type negotiated.  You may want to set Use2D to 
"no" in etc/config and retry.
