Re: [hylafax-users] Need Help on IVR

There are solutions for the IVR using dialogic (now intel) hardware
(www.dialogic.com) but they wont work with hylafax and are quite expensive.
Some voice modems will do this functionality with varying levels of
capability but it is not easy and once again probably wont work with
hylafax.

Subject: [hylafax-users] Need Help on IVR

Dear all,

I am new to hylafax, I have successfully sent the fax of a text document to
a
fax machine. Now what I want to do is to implement the following:

1. to send fax from a web frontend to some destination using my server. For
that I need some .doc to tiff converter (or hylafax supported format).

2. IVR based solutions, i.e. fax > server > fax
i.e. a person dials the fax number from his machine, will be prompted by the

server with a message, and asks for a pin, if its successfull then it alows
the incomming fax by forwarding the input to hylafax .....

Can any one help me in the setup of the above, would be gratefull for that.

Regards
Sajjad
